Shipping policy

Delivery timeline:

SKECHERS online orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse on weekdays, Monday through Friday. Coverage area: all provinces and cities nationwide.

Orders will be processed within 24 working hours and handed over to the shipping carrier, or according to the contract signed between SKECHERS and the customer. Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day. A shipping notification will be sent via email as soon as the order has been shipped.

For example, if you place an order after 2 PM on Friday, the order will start processing the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday, the order will start processing on Tuesday.

Inventory status, weather conditions, and other force majeure factors may affect the delivery time.

Please note that SKECHERS Online only delivers within VIETNAM, we do not ship to international addresses.

Shipping Fee:

We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over VND1,000,000. A standard shipping fee of VND30,000 will be applied to orders below VND1,000,000.

Shipping Notification:

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We will also send a notification when your order leaves our warehouse.

Order Status Meaning:

Payment pending > Order created, can be edited/updated

Payment confirmed > In progress, cannot be changed

How to Cancel Your SKECHERS Online Order?

If you want to change or cancel your SKECHERS shoe purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the order status before agreeing to cancel your order. To ensure the package is delivered as quickly as possible, adjustments and cancellations must occur immediately after you place your order. Please note that changes cannot be made if the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

How to update the shipping address in my SKECHERS Online Order?

If you have placed an order on SKECHERS Online and need to update or change the shipping address, we recommend that you cancel the order and place a new order with the correct address. Contact us to cancel your order. Please note that we cannot change or edit your order once the order has started processing. If you email us to update or change the shipping address in your order, we may not be able to do so before the order starts processing.

What should I do if I cannot receive the product at the time of delivery?

If you are unable to receive the product at the time of delivery, our shipping partner will redeliver on another day. If you do not receive the delivery more than 2 times when our shipping partner tries to deliver to you, your order will be considered canceled and automatically returned to our warehouse.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product(s)?

Please record a video of the unboxing process. If you order from SKECHERS Online and receive the wrong product, please contact us for immediate assistance.
